Privacy Policy
In short: Nailmaker does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. All photo processing happens entirely on your device, and your photos are saved only to your own photo library.
1. Who we are
Nailmaker ("we", "us") is a camera app for photographing nail designs, built for nail technicians and salons. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
2. Data we collect
None. Nailmaker does not collect any data from you or your device. Specifically, the app has:
- No user accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No tracking of any kind, as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
- No servers — the app does not transmit your photos or any other information over the internet.
3. Photos and camera
Nailmaker requests two iOS permissions, used only for the app's core function:
- Camera — to photograph nail designs. The live preview and all filters are processed in real time on your device.
- Add to Photo Library — to save the photos and collages you choose to save. Nailmaker uses the add-only permission: it cannot browse, read, or delete existing photos in your library.
If you choose photos or a salon logo from your library, they are selected through the iOS system photo picker — the app receives only the items you pick, and still cannot browse your library. All image processing — filters, skin retouch, background removal, collages, and watermarking — is performed on-device using Apple's built-in frameworks. Your photos never leave your device unless you explicitly share them yourself.
4. Data stored on your device
The app stores a small amount of data locally on your device only, such as the salon name you enter for the watermark and your app preferences. This data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Photos taken during a session are kept in temporary app storage until you save or discard them.
5. Sharing
When you use the Share button, the photo is handed to the iOS share sheet and delivered to the app or service you choose (e.g., Instagram, Messages). From that point, the receiving service's own privacy policy applies. Nailmaker itself sends nothing anywhere.
6. Children's privacy
Nailmaker is intended for professional use by nail technicians and salons and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data, no personal information from children (or anyone else) is ever collected.
7. Your rights
Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Everything the app knows lives on your device and is fully under your control.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future version of Nailmaker introduces features that change how data is handled (for example, optional salon accounts or a web gallery), we will update this policy before those features launch and note the new effective date at the top of this page.

Tóm tắt: Nailmaker không thu thập, lưu trữ hay chia sẻ bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân nào. Không có tài khoản, không analytics, không quảng cáo, không theo dõi. Toàn bộ việc xử lý ảnh diễn ra ngay trên thiết bị của bạn, và ảnh chỉ được lưu vào thư viện ảnh của chính bạn.
1. Chúng tôi là ai
Nailmaker ("chúng tôi") là ứng dụng camera chuyên chụp mẫu nail, dành cho thợ nail và tiệm nail. Chính sách này giải thích cách ứng dụng xử lý thông tin khi bạn sử dụng.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Không có. Nailmaker không thu thập bất kỳ dữ liệu nào từ bạn hay thiết bị của bạn. Cụ thể, ứng dụng:
- Không có tài khoản người dùng hay đăng nhập.
- Không dùng SDK analytics hay báo cáo sự cố.
- Không có quảng cáo và không dùng mã định danh quảng cáo.
- Không theo dõi dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào, theo định nghĩa của khung App Tracking Transparency của Apple.
- Không có máy chủ — ứng dụng không truyền ảnh hay bất kỳ thông tin nào qua internet.
3. Ảnh và camera
Nailmaker xin hai quyền iOS, chỉ dùng cho chức năng cốt lõi của ứng dụng:
- Camera — để chụp mẫu nail. Khung hình xem trước và toàn bộ filter được xử lý theo thời gian thực ngay trên thiết bị.
- Thêm vào Thư viện ảnh — để lưu ảnh và collage bạn chọn lưu. Nailmaker chỉ xin quyền thêm ảnh: ứng dụng không thể xem, đọc hay xóa ảnh sẵn có trong thư viện của bạn.
Khi bạn chọn ảnh hoặc logo tiệm từ thư viện, việc chọn diễn ra qua trình chọn ảnh hệ thống của iOS — ứng dụng chỉ nhận đúng những mục bạn chọn và vẫn không thể tự xem thư viện của bạn. Mọi xử lý ảnh — filter, chỉnh da, tách nền, collage, watermark — đều thực hiện trên thiết bị bằng các framework có sẵn của Apple. Ảnh của bạn không bao giờ rời khỏi thiết bị trừ khi chính bạn chủ động chia sẻ.
4. Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị của bạn
Ứng dụng lưu một lượng nhỏ dữ liệu cục bộ trên thiết bị, như tên tiệm bạn nhập cho watermark và các tùy chọn của ứng dụng. Dữ liệu này chỉ nằm trên thiết bị và sẽ bị xóa khi bạn xóa ứng dụng. Ảnh chụp trong phiên được giữ ở bộ nhớ tạm của ứng dụng cho đến khi bạn lưu hoặc bỏ.
5. Chia sẻ
Khi bạn bấm nút Chia sẻ, ảnh được chuyển cho share sheet của iOS và gửi tới ứng dụng/dịch vụ bạn chọn (ví dụ Instagram, Tin nhắn). Từ thời điểm đó, chính sách quyền riêng tư của dịch vụ nhận ảnh sẽ áp dụng. Bản thân Nailmaker không gửi gì đi đâu cả.
6. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em
Nailmaker dành cho mục đích sử dụng chuyên nghiệp của thợ và tiệm nail, không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Vì ứng dụng không thu thập dữ liệu, nên không có thông tin cá nhân nào của trẻ em (hay bất kỳ ai) từng được thu thập.
7. Quyền của bạn
Vì chúng tôi không thu thập hay nắm giữ dữ liệu cá nhân nào của bạn, nên không có dữ liệu nào để truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xuất hay xóa từ phía chúng tôi. Mọi thứ ứng dụng biết đều nằm trên thiết bị của bạn và hoàn toàn do bạn kiểm soát.
8. Thay đổi chính sách
Nếu phiên bản Nailmaker trong tương lai có tính năng thay đổi cách xử lý dữ liệu (ví dụ tài khoản tiệm hoặc web gallery), chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật chính sách này trước khi tính năng đó ra mắt và ghi rõ ngày hiệu lực mới ở đầu trang.
